I wanna make a portable computer system? - rolling computer backpack

I (even a laser mouse (it),) networking tips (which is not a mini-laptop (it), a lightweight notebook LCD (not available), and a rubber roll-up keyboard is not available), as whether everything that fit in a backpack or laptop bag and plug it help in any location or over the network and the people move on. Ideas? No place where I can get the notes and as cheaply as possible (they want to keep a few hundred dollars or less)
